Gratitude

Things I love and appreciate about Thrive: I sleep better and have more energy, my mood is better and I'm dealing with stress WAY better, my digestion is better than its ever been, my husband has more energy, I've lost inches and bloat, my knee doesn't hurt, my wrists and hands don't hurt (I can knock out 20+ massages in a week, no problem!), and I get to build a business helping people feel better! ‪

Week 4

Week 4 update: I've lost about half an inch around my waist and hips. My bloat is gone and I'm "regular" as can be! I was stalling out before Thrive but now have no bloat, I'm stronger and clothes that just fit 10 years ago (slimmest of my adult life), when I was living in Spain and walking 5 miles a day, are now loose! (And I even cut out the intermittent fasting when I started Thrive to see what would happen.) I have more energy, don't crave sugar, am not drinking coffee. I'm dealing with stress better and sleeping better. In 4 weeks, that's what I call results! That's what happens when a body gets high quality, bio-available nutrition. I keep thinking that I'll stop being impressed but it hasn't happened yet! :) I am getting pretty used to feeling great though...

Love, Family, Thrive

Snuggling the kiddos to bed I was reflecting on how my experience of parenting has changed since in the last 3 weeks. I am more patient, more willing and able to engage honestly and lovingly, and even when I'm irritable or tired, I'm more able to identify and acknowledge my emotions and then correct my behavior. It is a subtle but profound change. I am so grateful for THRIVE for the neurotransmitter support and for the exceptional bioavailable nutrients. I feel more engaged with LIFE. This is WHY. This is why I go on and on. This is why I decided to promote it. This is why I can't shut up about it. Oh, and I have more muscle and all my clothes are looser.

Fitness Update

Fitness update; since Thrive I can lift more and up my weight more quickly, I have better energy and stamina and I am way less sore the next day! It used to be that after a particularly intense workout, I could barely walk the next day. Now...just a little soreness to let me know I worked my body. And my "tricky" knee doesn't hurt! Awesome. If anyone out there wants a sample or more info, let me know. I am still beyond impressed.

Week 3

#‎thrive‬ update week 3: I'm gaining lean muscle at a far faster rate than I have before. I went to my kickboxing/conditioning class this morning and when it came time for push ups, I went almost down to the floor and did it 25 times! This is seriously a big change. I even did a push up challenge over the holidays and couldn't go down that far after weeks of doing push ups and increasing the amount! I couldn't do that after weight training for months. But after 3 weeks of Thrive and punching the punching bags once a week, I can do more than I ever could! Crazy awesome. Still in love with the the energy I have and how well my digestion is working. Holy Cow! I've never had things go so, umm, smoothly... This stuff just works. I realize that I'm used to things actually doing what they advertise and am kind of floored and amazed still. And it is such a personal thing. Feeling good, I mean. It changes everything. ‪#‎oregonthrive4life‬ ‪#‎nohouseplants‬
