Fitness Update

Fitness update; since Thrive I can lift more and up my weight more quickly, I have better energy and stamina and I am way less sore the next day! It used to be that after a particularly intense workout, I could barely walk the next day. Now...just a little soreness to let me know I worked my body. And my "tricky" knee doesn't hurt! Awesome. If anyone out there wants a sample or more info, let me know. I am still beyond impressed.
