I also experimented with putting the DFT foam (transdermal support for mental clarity, metabolism, appetite, and INFLAMMATION) on my ouchy neck and it brought my discomfort down from a 5 to a 2. I still needed a Chiropractic adjustment but I could get through my day until my appointment. Awesome. It is designed for general use, not targeted but it did seem to help. Maybe it would have reduced the discomfort from anywhere on my body?
